While most professionals on the platform currently come from Malaysia, MARQETR plans to introduce an international freelance workforce across multiple time zones and regions, including North America, Asia, and Europe. To achieve that objective, MARQETR searches for an experienced partner to help it grow its operations, navigate complex international labor laws, ensure compliance with tax and regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions, and manage data security, time tracking, and deliverable verification. After evaluating several providers, the company has chosen Deel for its extensive global capabilities, which support complex compliance and freelancer management needs.

Deel is an American payroll and human resources company based in San Francisco, California. According to the Company's website, since 2019, they’ve gone from offering onboarding and payroll services for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) to supporting larger companies with payroll operations and entities worldwide. Today, their products are more comprehensive and enterprise-ready, which include global payroll, Human Resource Information System (HRIS), immigration, and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) support.

• All requests to join will go through a Preliminary Approval phase, which starts on MARQETR's website.

• If approved, the freelance professional will be invited to complete a full profile onboarding on MARQETR, signaling to everyone that your expertise has been vetted and verified, and you're ready for work on MARQETR.

• When the freelance professional is hired for his or her first project, he/she will be invited to complete the Deel onboarding. This last step will facilitate contract, invoicing, and payment compliance, ensuring freelance professionals get paid for the completed work.

• Who will hire the approved talents? The MARQETR Group hires these global talents for its own projects and services or matches them directly with hirers or clients.
