Role Summary The Operations & Production Lead owns the day-to-day engine of MARQETR — ensuring every project, product, and experience is executed smoothly from concept to delivery. This role oversees sourcing, production, logistics, fulfilment, and vendor management across Malaysia and the U.S.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations for physical and digital products
Oversee production of experiential kits, discovery boxes, and brand materials
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and shipping partners
Build and maintain SOPs, workflows, and quality control
Track timelines and budgets across multiple projects
Support inventory planning and packaging development
Ensure smooth cross-border shipping (KL to NYC + global)
Requirements
Experience in operations, production, fulfilment, or supply chain
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
Confidence in managing multiple vendors and timelines
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
Comfortable working with both physical and digital products

Role Summary This role anchors MARQETR’s presence in New York. The BD & Partnerships Lead cultivates relationships, identifies opportunities, and drives global growth through strategic deals and creative partnerships.
Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with NYC agencies, brands, publishers, and studios
Lead outbound and inbound business development
Develop proposals, pitch decks, scopes of work, and pricing
Identify collaboration and partnership opportunities
Represent the MARQETR brand in NYC networks and industry circles
Track pipeline, revenue, and partnership performance
Requirements
4–7+ years in BD, partnerships, or agency roles
Natural relationship builder
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to identify opportunities and close deals
Understanding of branding, creative production, or experiential marketing is a plus
Compensation Structure Recommendation
Base salary + clear commission incentives
Performance-based bonuses tied to revenue milestones

Responsibilities
Manage cross-border (U.S. + Malaysia) financial structure
Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
Handle annual forecasts, cost controls, and burn rate guidance
Ensure U.S. LLC compliance (State + federal filings)
Advise on pricing models and revenue strategy
Quarterly financial reports to Founder/CEO
Time Commitment: 8–12 hours/month
